I made a Lemon Meringue pie from scratch.

It was beautiful.

You know, I'm not sure how well it emails. I was asked to send some by phone yesterday...and that didn't work so well. The filling went through the holes...but the crust transmission was very limited. If I get a chance tonite I will post a pic of the pie.
