Mommy and Me
Well, we are in the fifth week of this pregnancy. Only 35 more to go. Egads, that seems like an awfully long time.The Symptoms/Complaining Department can report the following:
- Visits to the bathroom have increased exponentially. Whatever is happening in there, it means numerous visits in the dead of night, interrupting sleep.
- Have you ever gagged on toothpaste? It isn't pleasant. I don't know what causes it, but the baby does not like toothpaste.
- Baby also does not like peanut butter.
- Yesterday, I swear I had a hot flash. I got all hot and sweaty. This unpleasant interlude lasted about 5 minutes.
- I missed Alias last night because the baby wanted me to sleep. Me! Miss Alias? ?!?!? That's never happened before.
- I tell ya, pregnancy is a carnival ride.
- I've spent lots of time looking up free diaper coupons and registering for savings on baby goods manufacturers websites.
- I've spent hours reading the material at Amazon on what to consider when buying strollers, car seats, etc.
- Dude, there is so much to consider, research, do, and buy.
